Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work for purchases made from Sky Earners LLC, d/b/a Skyliette (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through skyliette.com and related checkout pages (the “Website”). This Policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.
Because we sell two different kinds of products, this Policy is divided accordingly:
- Physical Products — printed books and other tangible goods shipped to you. These are eligible for return and refund as described in Section 1.
- Digital Products & Subscriptions — digital books, workbooks, journals, quizzes, and member-only content delivered electronically or on a recurring basis. These are generally non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time, as described in Section 2.
1. Physical Products
1.1 Return Window
You may request a return of an eligible physical Product within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window may not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.
1.2 Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, a physical Product must be:
- In its original or substantially similar condition;
- Not damaged, marked, or worn beyond what is necessary to inspect it;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email).
We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce a refund if a Product is returned in a condition that indicates use beyond reasonable inspection, or if the return falls outside the conditions of this Policy.
1.3 How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@skyliette.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how and where to send the Product. Please do not send a Product back to us before receiving return instructions, as returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
1.4 Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is the result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective Product), you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
1.5 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your Product arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@skyliette.com within seven (7) days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. If we confirm the problem, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping, at no additional cost to you.
1.6 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned Product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable period, typically within five to ten (5–10) business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
1.7 Non-Returnable Physical Items
Certain physical items may not be eligible for return, including items marked as final sale, gift cards, or items returned outside the conditions of this Policy. Any such limitation will be disclosed at or before the time of purchase where required.
2. Digital Products & Subscriptions
2.1 Digital Products Are Generally Non-Refundable
Because digital Products — including digital books, workbooks, journals, quizzes, and other downloadable or member-only content — are delivered electronically and accessible immediately, all sales of digital Products are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the content has been delivered.
This reflects the nature of digital content, which cannot be “returned” once it has been accessed or downloaded.
2.2 Subscriptions; Cancel Anytime
Our subscription Products — such as recurring weekly or bi-weekly workbook journals and member-only quizzes — renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
To avoid the next scheduled charge, you must cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before your next billing date. You can cancel through any of the following methods:
- Logging into your account and using the cancellation option in your account portal;
- Using any “Cancel Subscription” feature provided at checkout or in your account;
- Emailing us at info@skyliette.com;
- Using the third-party subscription management portal identified at checkout.
We will not require you to call a live representative to cancel. After cancellation, no further recurring charges will be made, and no additional content or shipments will be provided after the current billing cycle.
2.3 Discretionary Refunds
While digital Products and subscription charges are generally non-refundable, we understand that situations vary, and we want you to be satisfied. If you believe a refund is warranted — for example, due to a billing error, a technical issue preventing access, or other special circumstances — please contact us at info@skyliette.com. We review these requests in good faith and may, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund or account credit where we determine it is appropriate. Any such refund is granted on a case-by-case basis and does not obligate us to provide refunds in other situations.
2.4 Failed or Disputed Payments
If a recurring charge fails, we may retry the charge, contact you for updated payment information, and suspend access until payment is received, as described in our Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to contact us at info@skyliette.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, so we can resolve the issue directly — this is almost always faster than a formal dispute.
3. General Terms
3.1 Order Cancellations Before Fulfillment
If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped (for physical Products) or before digital access has been granted, contact us as soon as possible at info@skyliette.com. We will make reasonable efforts to honor cancellation requests received before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed.
3.2 Pricing, Promotions, and Errors
Refunds are based on the actual amount paid. Where an order included a discount, bundle, or promotional pricing, any refund will reflect the discounted amount actually charged. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious error.
3.3 Right to Refuse or Limit
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or condition returns and refunds where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse of this Policy (such as repeated returns), or a violation of our Terms and Conditions, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
3.4 Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where such laws grant you rights beyond those described here, those rights continue to apply.
3.5 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. The “Last Updated” date above indicates when this Policy was last revised.
