Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This policy explains how each of these purchase options works and how you can change or cancel them. This policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions and our Refund & Returns Policy.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you receive repeat deliveries or recurring access — such as our weekly or bi-weekly workbook journals and member-only quizzes. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each delivery or billing cycle, unless you have chosen to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to manage your order, and you can also manage your subscription directly from your account portal.

To avoid the next scheduled charge, please cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before your next billing date. You can cancel using any of these methods:

  • Logging into your account and using the cancellation option in your account portal;
  • Using the manage-subscription link in your order confirmation email;
  • Emailing us at info@skyliette.com;
  • Using the third-party subscription management portal identified at checkout.

We will not require you to call a live representative to cancel. After cancellation, no further recurring charges will be made, and no additional deliveries or access will be provided after the current billing cycle. See our Refund & Returns Policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or soon to be available and not yet in our inventory. Depending on the item, we may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfill the order and charge the full or remaining amount at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a full or partial refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will then have a set period of time to decide whether you want to keep the item.

Once that time period has passed, if you have not returned the item in accordance with the return instructions provided, we will charge your payment method for the full amount. Details of the trial period and return process will be provided with your order.
